Shipping & Returns
At Jaybest international, customer care is our greatest concern. Therefore, we take our shipping & returns very seriously and do our best to accommodate you as quickly and efficiently as possible

You must contact us within 24 hours upon receipt of the product for us to review your claim. If you do not contact us within the time frame we would not be able to process any returns . All products must be returned to the address provided to you via email. Refunds would be processed electronically by crediting your bank account or giving you store credit
Bank transfer or store credit might take upto a week , from the day you passed you quality check. however, in many cases you will receive a store credit more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 business days).
Exceptions for Returns:
There are certain scenarios where it may be difficult for us to support returns:
- It must be returned still in NEW condition (For electronic items, the seal must not be broken except for cases of manufacturers defect
- return request is made outside the specified time frame,
- anything missing from the package you’ve received including price tags, labels, original, packing, freebies and accessories,
- defective/damaged products that are not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty,
- product is damaged due to misuse,
- any consumable item that has been used or installed,
- products with tampered or missing serial numbers,
- fragile items, hygiene related items.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full kg.
